What data, and how it is collected

On this site, personal data is collected only through the contact form, from the information you enter directly:

• Choice of subject (quote, demo account, pilot flight, partnership)
• First and last name
• Company (optional)
• Email address
• Phone (optional)
• The plant's province (the country, if the plant is outside Türkiye)
• The plant's panel count (optional)
• Message (optional if a panel count is given)
• The consent box tick and the time of submission
• The page the form was sent from and the domain of the referring site as reported by the browser (the domain only, not the full address)

The site uses no cookies; there is no advertising pixel, session tracking or profiling. Fonts and images load from the site's own server. Visits are counted in aggregate with Cloudflare Web Analytics; this tool uses no cookies, does not fingerprint and does not store your IP address. It is the only request that leaves the site when a page opens.

The site's server (Google Cloud Run) keeps standard access logs for each request, containing the IP address, the time and the page requested. These logs are kept for security and debugging and are deleted automatically after 30 days.

Purpose and legal basis

Data sent through the form is processed only to reply to your request, to prepare a quote and to carry out commercial communication about the service you asked for. The legal basis is that the processing is directly related to the formation or performance of a contract, under KVKK article 5/2-c, and legitimate interest, under article 5/2-f. The transfer abroad described below rests on the explicit consent you give in the form, under KVKK article 9.

Who it is transferred to

A form submission goes to two places and nowhere else:

• Storage: The submission is written to the contact records database kept on Google Cloud infrastructure (European Union region, Finland). Google Cloud acts as a data processor.
• Delivery: The submission is sent through Resend, an email delivery service based in the United States, so that it reaches our team as an email. This is a transfer abroad and rests on your explicit consent; if you do not give consent, you can write directly to info@solardetech.com without using the form.

Your data is not sold, rented or shared for advertising, marketing lists or third-party commercial purposes.

Retention period

Contact form records are kept for at most two years from the conclusion of your request and then deleted. If the request turns into a business relationship, the related records are kept for the periods set by the Turkish Commercial Code and the Tax Procedure Law. Server access logs are deleted after 30 days.

Your rights

Under KVKK article 11, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been; to learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request its correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request its erasure or destruction; to request that these actions be notified to the third parties it was transferred to; to object to a result against you that arises from analysis by automated systems; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage.

You can send your requests to info@solardetech.com; applications are concluded within thirty days at the latest. This notice is updated when the way the site works changes; the date of the update is shown at the top of the page.
